We were buying property in Alpine Wy from thousands of miles away. She went to the property and took pictures for us of the land, the neighborhood, the view and went the extra mile for us long-distance buyers. Very flexible and understanding about the time difference and response times. I am sure her negotiation skills are great, but we did not negotiate with the hot real estate market at the time.
